I've been itching to do a post on Art of the Bar as well - the Rosebud is delicious. I was amazed at how intensely the rosewater affected the drink. Quite divine, I must say.

What is the shelf-life of open rosewater?

Funny. I had thought of trying out the Rosebud, too, but since I dipped in to Art of the Bar for a post in March, I didn't want to return there again so soon.

But the Rosebud sounds like a remarkable drink, and I should attempt it soon.
