i drank a ton of apry drinks in the last months then apparently forgot the deadline... oh well.

i never really liked anything that was straight for a book which i tried to construct at work and what got made at home was determined by the pathetic circumstances of what i had around... i have a million liqueurs and amaros but very few pure spirits...

my favorites were:
2:1:1 st. james rum with apry and lemon juice shaken and double strained with a float of the most intense rums lieing around to cover up that almond note i couldn't stand on the nose... lemonheart 151 usually or pompero anniversario

the best drink that i might have had 10 times was "animated" with batavia arrack van oosten plus alpenze apricot liqueur, lemon juice, and an egg white... the ratios changed constantly to match my biological deficiences...
