Wow…in less than a week, the Museum for the American Cocktail has already recruited 86 bars & restaurants in 10 states and the District of Columbia to participate in the “Save New Orleans Cocktail Hour.”

Check for a place near you (I plan to be at one of the seven participating Seattle establishments), show up on September 12, and hoist a Sazerac or a Ramos Fizz for New Orleans restaurant and bar workers affected by Hurricane Katrina.
