Fifteen men on a … wait, how does that go?

In case you haven’t noticed, I’m a big fan of rum. Today, the editors at the San Francisco Chronicle let me overindulge this interest; read my rum-fuelled babblings right here:

With bartenders and consumers exploring its many facets, the previously low-rent liquor is gaining new respect

And a word to the wise — try the Coin Toss, recipe kindly provided by Phil Ward from Death & Company.

  4. Damn Paul! I hope you got paid by the word!

  5. Thanks for the information about my favorite spirit, I have all of the rum you listed, plus two that you did not: “Ron Zacapa XO” is to die for but a bit expensive 80.00 for a 700 ml bottle. And my absolute favorite is “Sea Wynde” pot still rum from Guyana at only 28.00 for a 750 ml, the flavors are out of this world.
